Quite a few people use a second monitor (often a projector) hooked up to the same laptop, then have two instances of MT running, one as GM and one as player. Put the player view in full screen mode on the second monitor. You could also have a second laptop and put a cheap cross over cable or cheapy hub between them (or use your home wireless network if you have one). then run MT on each one like above. The forums over at http://forums.rptools.net are filled with people who have ideas on how to set up if you'd like to bounce some ideas :) There’s a couple things you can do depending on your situation.
